Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for your return
• Photos/Video if your item arrived damaged or faulty

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
