Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives:

  • Incorrect

Please contact us with photos, video and order details.

We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your refund is approved, you will have 14 days to send your return.

Returns Conditions

  • In original packaging
  • In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
